This limestone, east facing, recumbent slab is square topped and measures 6ft11in x 3ft4in x 5in.
At the top of the stone it has a christogram carved in relief under a sunburst arc - a cross and heart intersect the H of the christogram.  
The stonemason has used space saving abbreviations on four occasions on this stone.
At the base of the stone carved in relief are the motifs of a blacksmith - a clawhammer, horseshoe and pincers.
* Whilst no address was given on the grave for these Darcys, the parish death register gives the address of Cloghane, Moycullen for John Darcy when he died in 1805
