This east facing limestone ledger slab has a square top with slight rounded edges and measures 6ft8in x 3ft5in x 5½in. 

The text is incised Roman lettering.  It has a christogram at the top with cross and heart.  Brachiopod fossils are visible on the stone. 

Whilst no address is noted on ledger slab, church records for Rahoon parish show that this Peter Lyddane died at Drum, Rahoon, Co. Galway. It is possible that the adjacent grave of Theady Lydon GY-SRMY-0071 is Peter's father.
