This east facing limestone ledger slab is square top with slightly splayed shoulders. It measures 6ft6in x 3ft3in x 5in. The bottom south corner of the stone is broken away.

The script on the ledger is incised Roman lettering and it has a christogram at the top with cross and heart. The stone is worn in parts and the full date of death is illegible.

At the bottom centre of the stone there is a simply incised plough motif, indicating that Theady Lydon was a farmer. 

The adjacent grave GY-SRMY-0072 is most likely son of this Theady Lydon
