Notes:

This limestone east facing recumbent ledger measures 5ft10in x 2ft7½in x 3½in.  It has a square top with splayed shoulders.  A christogram with cross is inscribed in false relief at the top and there is a motif at the bottom centre of the stone which resembles a dosing or feeding bottle. Similar style bottle motifs are used on graves of Shepherds but are usually depicted with other vocation emblems such as shears and sheep crook.
The text on the stone is incised Roman lettering
Abbreviations of words have been used by stone mason, probably as a space or cost saving exercise.  The most notable abbriviation is a winged shaped V for the word and.
