The east facing square top limestone slab measures 6ft1in(H) x 3ft(W) x 5in(D) and has a christogram at the top carved in relief.  The inscription is only partially legible, roman style incised script, mainly in capital letters.  The mason was unconcerned about bad practice of splitting words over separate lines.
