This is a simple east facing, limestone square top memorial, possibly not in its original site. 
Inscription is minimal - just a simply incised christogram with Tau cross and a Christian name Teady - there may be some further script if there is more of the headstone embedded under the soil but archaeological supervision would be required to investigate further.
The stone measures 10in x 10in x 2¼in
