This square top limestone memorial measures 5ft8in x 2ft4in x 5in.  It is currently in a bad state of repair, having completely broken in two at the middle of the stone.  It is also subsiding on its northern edge, slipping nearly under the adjacent grave GA-SRMY-0060, which is where his parents are buried.
The inscription is roman script, facing east.
There is a christogram with cross at the top of the stone, carved in relief under a sunburst arc. At the bottom of the stone there is a simply incised plough indicating Mathias Donohoe was a farmer.
