Notes: 
The east facing square top limestone slab measures 7ft x 3ft6in x 5in and has roman style incised script. There is a christogram with cross and heart at the top of the stone, carved in relief under a sunburst arc. Either side of the arc are decorative swirls. Although no address is mentioned on the headstone for the O'Garas, church records show they lived in the townland of Lissagurrane.
