Notes:

This limestone slab measures 6ft1in x 3ft1in x 4in.  It has a square top with scotia shoulders.

A Christogram with cross and sunburst is carved in relief at top and the remainder of the memorial's text is incised roman style lettering.  All inscription on the memorial is east facing.

A piece of the south east corner of the slab is missing.

Whilst the memorial doesn't record the date of John Craven's demise, the local church record gives it as 23 August 1820 and his address as Portdarragh townland.  The register gives Bridget (Brid) Walsh's date of death as 16 August 1804 which is a day difference to what is on gravestone.
