Notes:

This square topped limestone slab, faces east, and measures 6ft3ins(H) x 3ft1ins(W) x 3ins(D).  The inscription is incised Roman lettering under a christogram carved in false relief - the christogram is intersected by a Tau cross. The mason was unconcerned about bad practice of splitting words over separate lines and also used abbreviations for space saving.
Whilst this grave doesn't mark the burial of their daughter Mary Russell Bayman, local church records show that she died in Killagoola townland on 29 May 1803
