The east facing large limestone headstone measures 6ft6ins(H) x 3ft5ins(W) x 5ins(D). The inscription is Roman lettering and at the top, carved in relief, is an IHS christogram intersected by a tau cross. The mason was economical with space and used abbreviations such as Patr for 'Patrick' and Thos for 'Thomas'.
