This East facing square top limestone ledger slab measures 7ft(H) x 3ft5ins(W) x 5ins(D).  The inscription is incised in roman style. There is a Christogram at the top of the stone encompassed by a carved semicircle.
Whilst there is no address on the stone, the church register gives the townland of Knockranny for both John and Mary at the time of their deaths.
