This East facing slightly cambered topped limestone ledger slab measures 7ft(H) x 3ft5ins(W) x 5ins(D).The script is incised Roman style and the slab has a Christogram at the top. A carved border runs the length and breadth of the slab.
Whilst the gravestone doesn't give an address for Andrew and Sarah, the church records show that both were of Knockranny at the times of their death - the register records Andrews death as 8 September 1811 and Sarah's as 4 October 1813.
