Hanly / Hanley
Bridget Goggin , nee Hanly (1906-1999), daughter of Denis Hanly 1876-1958 & Hannah Kelly 1875-1925 of Gurteen, Emly & of adjacent memorial 0635.
Bridget married John Goggin, son of Thomas Goggin in Kilteely RC, Co. Limerick on the 25-01-1928. Their family jncluded Kathleen ( Kitty ) Goggin 1928-2022, Johanna 1930, Bridget 1932, Julia 1933-1951, Elizabeth 1938 & John 1942.
Julia Goggin 1933-1951, who died of meningitis is recorded at adjacent memorial 0635.
Her sister Kathleen ( Kitty ) Goggin, married Polish native Zbigniew Marian Iwaszko 1929-1988 in London, UK in 1951. She died in the UK on the 13th Oct 2022, some 25 days short of her 98th birthday. Her ashes were interred at this memorial on Saturday June 17th 2023. A plaque was placed at this memorial which reads as follows :
