Thomas Burke (1924-2019) of the Bridge, Monemore, Emly , son of Tobias Burke (1895-2000) and Ellen Dawson (1893-1990) who are both interred at memorial 0473, died on the 15-06-2019. He was interred in the plot to the left of this memorial as one faces it on Wednesday 19-06-2019.

At the time of his death, Thomas was survived by his wife Brigid, sons John, Gerard, Michael & David, daughters Helen, Breda & Patricia, brother Michael (Mockie) of Emly, sisters Margaret (Peg) UK, Nelly O' Meara of Knockarron, Lily Peters of Aherlow & Breda Finnan of Galbally.

A new headstone & kerbing was erected to Thomas Burke (1924-2019)  on Friday 17-07-2020.
