Richard O' Carroll was born in Cromhill, Kilteely, Co. Limerick on the 16th Feb 1881 to parents  William O' Carroll & Hanora Power, who were married in Kilteely RC on the 7th Apr 1869.

William Carroll's father was also William and Hanora's father was John Power of Cromhill, Kilteely, who was also the father of Canon Maurice Power (1832-1914) PP of Emly

Richard O'Carroll (1881-1942) married  Mary  Fleming (1889-1962) daughter of John Fleming & Mary Barry of Emly, Co. Tipperary on the 29th Nov 1912 in Emly RC.

Their son, Richard O'Carroll 1929-1993  married  Theresa Hayes, sister of  Packie Hayes who built the Oyster Ballroom in Dromkeen, Co. Limerick in 1958.

Theresa O' Carroll, nee Hayes died on the 12th Mar 2021 and was interred at this memorial on Sunday 14th Mar.

At the time of her death, Theresa was survived by her immediate family of sons Noel & Gerard O'Carroll  and by her sister Ita.

Her funeral took place during the period of Covid-19 restrictions
