NB.  Jeremiah  Ryan,  known  as  Jerry.  Family known as Ryan ( Baker )

John Ryan (1890-1972) of this memorial  was born in Emly, Co. Tipperary to baker & shopkeeper  Jeremiah Ryan and  his wife Jane O’Meara.  Siblings were Mary Ryan 1884 & Margaret 1887. The family were living in Pallasgrean, Co. Limerick in the 1901 & 1911 census.

John Ryan (1890-1972)  married  Nora Fitzgerald (1896-1962) in Hospital RC, Co. Limerick on the 13th Feb 1923. Nora was born in Hospital, Co. Limerick to baker & shopkeeper John Fitzgerald  & his wife  Nora  Boyle.

Their son, Jeremiah  (Jerry) Ryan (1923-1982) of this memorial married Catherine Buckley (1917-2007) in 1950.  Catherine was a daughter of Kennedy Buckley (1874-1959) & Bridget Sheehy (1878-1949) of memorial 0364.

Bridget (Breda) Dalton, nee Ryan 1951-1996, wife of Thomas Dalton & daughter of  Jeremiah Ryan 1923-1982 & Catherine Buckley 1917-2007 is interred in Emly's new cemetery, Co. Tipperary
