In a vault in tis churchyard are deposited the remains of Lieut. Gent.
Sir John Taylor K.C.B. of Castle Taylor of this parish
who died suddenly on the 6th December 1843, aged 73 years.

It is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment.

This is life eternal that they might know thee, the only true God,
and Juses Christ whom thou hast sent.
