John Thomas Leahy 1869-1936, son of Thomas Leahy & Bridget McGrath of Tiermore, married Elizabeth (Cis) Hennessy 1878-1912, daughter of John Hennessy & Mary Ryan of Kilmurry, Kilfinane on Feb 16th 1904 in Limerick City Cathedral.

Children born to them included Thomas Leahy 1904-1906, John Joseph 1905-1955, Bridget (Bridie) 1906-1934, Mary Amelda 1908-1978, Lizzie (Lill) 1909-1988, Ellen (Eileen) 1910-1987 & Patrick 1911-1983.

John Thomas Leahy 1869-1936, a widower, remarried to widow Lizzie B Daly, nee Blackburn 1874-1938, daughter of William Blackburn & Ellen Wall of Castleterry, Mitchelstown, Co. Cork on Sep 23rd 1919 in St Josephs RC, Limerick City. Lizzie was previously married to Ambrose Daly 1874-1912 of Cooleens, Charleville, Co. Cork. He died of tuberculosis. They had no family.

John Joseph Leahy 1905-1955, of adjacent memorial 0208, married Catherine M O'Meara 1909-1998, daughter of James Joseph O'Meara & Catherine Hartigan of Kilorath, Bruff, Co. Limerick on Sep 28th 1943 in St Josephs RC, Limerick City.

Bridget (Bridie) Leahy 1906-1934 of this memorial, married Roger McCormack 1898-1981 of Carrigkettle, Kilteely, Co. Limerick, son of James McCormack & Mary Hennessy of Annagh, Galbally, Co. Limerick on Feb 9th 1929 in St Josephs RC, Co. Limerick. Bridie's death was due to a purperal pulmonary embolism. Widower, Roger McCormack, remarried to Bridie's sister Ellen (Eileen) Leahy 1910-1987 in Martinstown RC, Co. Limerick on Jul 10th 1935. Both are interred at memorial LI-KLTY-0254 on the historicgraves website in Kilteely cemetery, Co. Limerick.

Mary Amelda Leahy 1908-1978, joined the nuns and died in Leeds, Yorks, UK on Feb 11th 1978.

Lizzie (Lill) Leahy 1909-1988, married Denis Crowley 1905-1989, son of Patrick Crowley & Elizabeth Kennelly in St Josephs RC, Limerick City on Jun 7th 1939. Both are interred at memorial LI-SMKY-0202 in St Marys cemetery in Knockainey, Co. Limerick.

Patrick Leahy 1911-1983, married Johanna (Josephine) Purcell 1915-1991, daughter of John Purcell & Mary Merrigan of Monemore, Emly, Co. Tipperary on Jan 26th 1944 in Emly RC. Both are interred at memorial LI-KBRE-0009 on the historicgraves website in Kilbreedy cemetery, Martinstown, Co. Limerick.
