Fleetwood Berry (1912 A), 8. He gives a reading of this inscription in which he includes a "th" after the numbers "15(th)" and "17(th)". He gives the month as October but it is clearly Febr or Feb1?. From its positon in his list it would seem that the stone was in the graveyard c. 1912.

This is a R.S. reused as paving in the Blessed Sacrament Chapel. The Inc'd. Ins. is quite worn in parts where there is some damage to the stone. The date may be either 1827 or 1857. The "Majt" in line 5 seems to be an abbreviation for "Majesty's". See also No. 331 for another Dickinson.
