Iconography appears similar to CO-MORY-0015 which bears the date 1804. This could suggest headstone CO-MORY-0041 was erected at an earlier date and Denis Sullivan interred and latter part of inscription added at later date. Note also the use of 'Sulivan' and 'Sullivan.'  What appear to be spelling mistakes are also noticeable.
