His wife Ellen (Nellie) O'Shea , daughter of Philip O'Shea (1895-1948) & Sarah (Sadie) Ryan (1896-1978) of  the adjacent parish of Templebredon, Co. Limerick.

Nellie O' Shea was born on the 15-04-1917 and died in her 97th year  on the 27-07-2013. She was interred here on Tuesday 30-07-2013.
