Sacred to the Memory

of

Mrs Mary O Keeffe of Cork

Who died the 12th of March 1827 Aged 55

Years.She was blessed with a powerful

mind and a tender heart,but as a

Parent she excelled & was beyond all praise

May she rest in Peace

This tomb was erected about the year 1695

by K LLFFE O KEEFFE ESq (Son of Captain

Arthur O Keeffe whose tomb is in the

Chapel near the Altar) his Son (Arthur) &

Grandson (Daniel) are buried here & the

tomb having been in 1827 decayed was rebuilt

by the Sons of Daniel & Mary O Keeffe,in

honour of their Mother to testify their love &

respect for her who was model of every

Virtue which could adorn human nature.

We neer shall look upon her like again
