This tombstone was laid her by Mr
Patrick Moyle in the year 1728 as mark of
respect due to his great ancestor Mr Patrick
Mac art Moyle of Dartrey who sleeps here
since the year 1562 Patrick died in 1736 aged 61
years his son Mr William Moyle died in 1740
aged 21 years.
Renewed by William Moyle of Corballis in
the year 1847 for more of his friends.
His grandmother Elizabeth Moyle died in
the year 1770 aged 50 years
His grandfather Mr Michael Moyle died in
1793 aged 69 years
His father Mr John Moyle died in 1835 aged
75 years and his mother Judith Moyles died in 1837
aged 79 years
Beneath this tomb also lie the remains of
last named Mr William Moyle who died on the
24 April 1859 aged 69 years
Also his beloved wife Margaret who died
on the 15th July 1869
