Description

Roughly oval graveyard surrounding the medieval church of St Multose (CO112-03405-). Graveyard contains many mausoleums, vaultsn and chest tombs. Church also contains a number of grave slabs, memorials and plaques dating from the 16th to 19th centuries. The church and graveyard may occupy the site of the early ecclesiastical settlement of St. Multose founded in the 6th century ( CO112-085----).
