Edmond   Heffernan    1901-1983  was  born   in  Lisobyhane ,   Emly   to   parents    John   Heffernan   &   Elizabeth   Sheehan.   

He  married   Sarah   O’Dwyer   1902-1970,  daughter   of   Thomas   O’Dwyer   &   Sarah   Hayes  on  the  11-08-1923  in  Emly  RC.
