NB.  Jeremiah   Murphy ,   who   died   in   1926 ,  was  a  brother   of   Edmond   Murphy   of  memorial   number  0309.

Jeremiah    Murphy   (1835-1926),  son  of  Edmond   Murphy  &   Nora   Ryan  of  Ballyvistea,    married   Hanora   Moore  (1855-1926),  daughter   of    John   Moore   &  Ann   Ryan of Gortnakisteen, Oola parish,  in  Templebredon    RC ,   Co.   Limerick   on   the   09-02-1893. 

 Edmond   Murphy   (1898-1966)  was  their   son.

Edmond  Murphy  married  Sarah  Carroll  (1887-1971),  daughter  of  Owen  Carroll  &  Mary  Brennan  of  Ballyvistea,  Emly  in  St  Joseph’s  RC  in  Limerick  City  on  the  24-02-1925. 

Sarah  Carroll  was  born  on  the 12-01-1887  in  Oldtown, Hospital ,  Co. Limerick.

Jeremiah (Jerry) Murphy (1926-2013), a bachelor and a son of Edmond Murphy (1898-1966) & Sarah Carroll (1887-1971)  died on the 27-04-2013 and was interred at this memorial on Monday 29-04-2013.

Jerry's sister, Mary Alice Kennedy (1933-2018), wife of Bernard Kennedy of Pallasgrean, Co. Limerick, who predeceased her, died on the 05-03-2018 and was interred in St. Columba's cemetery in Pallasgrean on Thursday 08-05-2018. At the time of her death, Mary Alice was survived by her sister Nora Mai Murphy, her sons Aidan, Bernard & Ed Kennedy and by her daughter Sally McGrath of Youghlarra, Newtown, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary.

Jerry & Mary Alice's sibling, Nora Mai Murphy (1928-2020), a spinster, in her 92nd year died on the 24-01-2020 in St. Anthony's Nursing Home in Pallasgrean, Co. Limerick and was interred at this memorial on Sunday 26-04-2020.  Her name was added to this memorial in Nov 2021.
