John (Jack) Hackett , son of John Hackett (1896-1973) & Margaret Flood (1896-1969), died at Gurtakilleen , Oola , Co. Limerick on the 19-09-2014 and was interred at this memorial on Monday 22-09-2014.
Jack Hackett was a native of Clashdrumsmith , Emly and was formerly a road steward with Tipperary S.R . County Council.
At the time of his death in Sept 2014, he was survived by his wife Josephine, sons John & James , daughter Joanne and his sister Kitty.
Josephine Hackett ( nee English) of Gortakilleen, Oola, Co. Limerick, wife of the late John ( Jack ) Hackett 2014, died on the 14-10-2018 and was interred here on Thursday 18-10-2018.
At the time of her death, she was survived by her daughter Joanne, sons John & James Hackett and by her brother Bernard English.
