This  stone  is lying  flat  on the  ground  and  is  broken  in  two  sections.

NB.  Johanna   Kenney / Kenny .  nee  O’Brien  (1835-1888),  daughter  of  Emly  shopkeeper   Laurence  O’Brien   &  Mary  Sheehan ,  married   Hospital   butcher   Bonaventure   Kenny  (1827-1895) ,  son  of  Bonaventure   Kenny  &  Mary   Regan  in  Emly  RC  on  the  22-02-1862.

Children   born  to  Bonaventure  Kenny  &  Johanna  O’Brien  in  Hospital ,  Co.  Limerick , included,   Patrick Kenny  1864-1868,  Mary  (1867 -1876),  recorded  here,  Catherine  1869-1877,  Johanna   1873-1873, Ellen  1875-1879, Robert  1877-1957,  Joseph  1878  &  Mary  Johanna  1880-1891.

Ellen  O’Brien  (1846-1874), ),  daughter  of   Emly  shopkeeper   Laurence  O’Brien   &  Mary  Sheehan ,  married   Emly  shopkeeper   Jeremiah   Collins  on  the  15-02-1873  in  Emly  RC  and  died  some  eleven  months  later  of  consumption.   Jeremiah   Collins  remarried  on  the  21-01-1875 in  Emly  RC  to  Mary  Anne  Crowe.

Robert   Kenny  (1877 - 1957   ) , a  hardware  shop  assistant  and  son  of  Hospital  butcher  Bonaventure   Kenny  (1827-1895)  &   Johanna   O’Brien    (1835-1888),  married   Julia  Murphy  (1876 - 1939  ) , daughter   of  Ballynaveen ,  Emly   farmer   Timothy  Murphy   &  Bridget  Ryan  in  St. Saviours  RC   Limerick  City  on  the  18-01-1905.  Children  born  to  Robert   Kenny  and  Julia  included   James   1908,  Johanna   1910,  Timothy  Joseph   1914  &  Joseph  1917.

Joseph   Kenny  (1878 -    ) , a  carpenter   and  son  of  Hospital  butcher  Bonaventure   Kenny  (1827-1895)  &   Johanna   O’Brien    (1835-1888),  married   Ellen  (Helena)   Lavery  (1882 -   ) , daughter   of  Ballinard ,  Herbertstown ,  Co.  Limerick   farmer   Philip  Lavery   &  Bridget   Carmody   in   Herbertstown   RC  on  the  21-06-1905.  Children  born  to  Joseph   Kenny  and  Helena   included   Michael   Joseph   1907,   Philip  Francis  1908 ,   Robert   Anthony   1910 ,    Patrick  Gerard   1912 ,   Bridget   Teresa   1913   &  Johanna   1914.

Hospital  butcher ,  Bonaventure   Kenny  (1827-1895)  had  a  younger  brother   John ,  born  1830  and  he  was  also  a  butcher .   He  married   Bridget  Connell.  Children   born  in  Hospital  to   John   Kenny   &  Bridget   included   Patrick  1861,  Bonaventure   1863,  Mary   1866,  Margaret  1869,  Elizabeth  1871  &   Bridget  1875-1880.

Death  record   for  Bridget  Kenny ,  nee  Connell   at  Millfarm ,  Hospital  on  the   11-01-1910,  states  that  she  was  a  married   butcher’s   wife,  aged  85.  Informant   of  her  death  was  her  son -in-law,   Timothy   Ryan ,  husband   of  her  daughter   Elizabeth  (1871  -   ).  Timothy   Ryan ,  was  a  hawker  and  a  son  of  tailor  Timothy  Ryan  and  he  married  Elizabeth   Kenny  in  Hospital   RC   on  the  15-06-1895.  Children   born  to   them   included   Timothy Ryan  1897  &  Bridget  1899.
