Children  born  to  them  were   Thomas  Whelan  1902 -1990,  Mary   1904,  Edmond   1906,   Daniel  1908-1982   &   Catherine ( Kathy)  1910-1998.

Daniel   (Danny)  Whelan   1908-1982  was  associated   with   the  Kilfeacle ,  Co.  Tipperary  foot   beagles.
