Joseph Taylor (1851-1940), a bachelor, son of James Taylor & Margaret O’Brien  (1820-1902).

Margaret Taylor, nee O’Brien (1820-1902) was a widow when she died at Ballylooby, Duntryleague,  Co. Limerick on Jun 7th 1902.

Charles Taylor (1903-1962), Rev. David J Taylor (1900-1972) & Denis Taylor (1904-1976), were  sons  of Edmond Taylor (1853-1936) and Hanora Bourke (1864-1942) of  adjacent memorial 0550.

Charles Taylor 1903- 1962, married Anne Hayes 1900-1974, daughter of John Hayes 1858-1921 & Winifred Coffey 1859-1942 of Lodge Hospital, Co. Limerick on Sep 18th 1945 in St Josephs RC, Limerick City. Their son Joseph John ( Jo Jo ) Taylor, died on Oct 8th 2026 and was interred in Galbally cemetery Co. Limerick on Sun 11th Oct 2026. His obituary reads as follows :

It is with deep sadness that we announce the death of Joseph (Jo Jo) Taylor, Ballylooby, Knocklong, Co. Limerick, who passed away peacefully at his residence, surrounded by his loving family on Oct 8th 2026. Predeceased by his parents Annie and Charles, his sister-in-law Helen Doyle, brother-in-law Tom Childs and his godson Noel Fitzgibbons.

Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving wife Elizabeth (Betty) nee Childs, his much-loved daughter Nora (Hennessy), son-in-law Michael, his cherished grandchildren Eilish, Micheál, Joseph and Tara, sisters-in-law Ann (Allen), Catherine (Fitzgibbons), Rita (Walsh), Emma (Richardson), Veronica (Childs), Eleanor (Childs) and Margaret (Childs), brother-in-law Richie (Childs), cousins, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing at his residence in Ballylooby, Knocklong, Co. Limerick on Saturday 10th October from 3.00pm to 7.00pm. Reception into the Church of Christ the King, Galbally, on Sunday 11th October for Mass at 10.30am, followed by burial in the local cemetery.
