John Richardson (1856-1925) was born in April 1856 at Garrynalyna, Galbally, Co. Limerick to parents Thomas Richardson (1822-1896) & Margaret Staunton / Stanton ( - 1888) who were married in Kilbehenny- Anglesborough parish on the 25th Feb 1843. Siblings of John Richardson (1856-1925) tincluded twins Mary & Catherine Richardson 1847, Julia 1849, Denis (1850-1934), Eleanor 1852, Johanna 1854, Maurice (1858 -1939) & Mary 1859. N.B. Edmond Carroll (1874-1945) married Bridget Brazill (1880-1932), daughter of John Brazill & Bridget Cleary in St Andrews RC, Kilfinane, Co. Limerick on the 14th Feb 1914. Children born to them at Bartoose, Emly included William (Billy) Carroll 27-12-1914, Mary (02-05-1916 - 04-11-1985), Bridget 19-06-1918 & John 22-04-1920
NB. Mary O’Dwyer, nee Carroll (1916-1985) was killed while cycling her bicycle at Carroll’s Cross, Emly by a car which skidded on black ice on the bend of the road..
She was married firstly to Patrick ( Paddy ) Burke 1898-1946 of memorial 0369 and then to John ( Jack ) O'Dwyer 1909-1956 of memorial 0664
Mary was a sister of William (Billy) Carroll (1914-1990) of adjacent memorial 0393.
