David Tobias Burke (1842-1919) , son of Tobias Burke (1806-1877) married Kate Heelan, daughter of Patrick Heelan of Elton, Co. Limerick in Knockaney RC on the 20-02-1879.

Their son , William Heelan Burke (1887-1954) married Mary C Byrnes (1896-1968), daughter of Laurence Byrnes (1861-1898) & Johanna Conway of Garryheakin, Cullen, Co. Tipperary in St. Josephs RC Limerick City on the 28-02-1922.

Delia  Barry  (1885-1954) , nee Burke, daughter of  David  Tobias Burke  (1842-1919)  of Coolboy , Emly , married  William Barry , son  of  William  Barry & Catherine  English  of  Elton,  Co. Limerick  on the 08-02-1921 in Emly RC.

David  Tobias Burke, aged 77  died on the 14-12-1919 at Coolboy , Emly.

Mary (Mollie) Keogh , nee Bourke,  born 24th Mar 1877 at Lisobyhane, Emly to parents William Bourke & Sarah Moroney married John Keogh of Ballylahiff, Oola, Co. Limerick in Emly RC on the 8th Feb 1910.

Her sister Julia English, nee Bourke , born 18th Nov 1874 at Lisobyhane married Patrick (Pakie) English of Sunglen, Pallasgrean, Co. Limerick  in Emly RC on the 6th Mar 1905.

Pat (Foxy) Burke, son of William Heelan Burke (1887-1954) and Mary C Byrnes (1896-1968) died on the 24-01-2013 and was interred in Emly's new cemetery.

His sibling, Danny Burke (1927-2018), died on the 02-06-2018 and was interred at memorial 0518.

Their sibling Rita Maher, wife of Matt Maher, of Glenbane, Lattin died on the 12-10-2019 and was interred in Shronell cemetery.

Her sibling, Fr. Timmy Burke (1924-2020) died in Birmingham UK on the 05-04-2020 and was interred in the grounds of St. Ailbe's Church, Emly on Monday 18-05-2020.

His obituary reads as follows :

Burke, Rev. Fr. Timothy (Tim), (Birmingham, England and formerly of Coolboy, Emly, Co. Tipperary.) Fr. Tim (aged 96 years) passed away peacefully on April 5th 2020 in the much appreciated and loving care of Robert Harvey House Care Home, Birmingham.

Fr. Tim was ordained to the priesthood in 1948 in St. Patrick's College, Thurles. Retired parish priest of Stone Cross, West Bromwich where he served for 49 years.

Fr. Tim was predeceased by his brothers David, Danny, Toby, James and Pat and his sisters Rita (Maher) and Joan (Quish). He is also predeceased by his nephews John (Burke), Brendan (Quish) and Willie (Burke), his niece Marie (Burke) and grandniece Ciara (Burke). Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his sister-in-law Aileen (Burke), his nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, relatives, many wonderful friends, Archbishop Bernard Longley and brother Priests of the Birmingham Archdiocese along with former parishioners of Holy Cross Parish, Stone Cross.

A Celtic cross and kerb was erected  to Fr Tim Burke on Christmas week 2021 in the grounds of St Ailbe's Church. The inscription reads as follows :
