 John ( Jack )  O'Callaghan 1951-2020, son of  Edmond ( Ned ) O' Callaghan 1909-1996 & Eileen Heelan 1917-2000 died on August 1st 2020 and was interred at this memorial on August 4th 2020. His name was added to the base of this memorial in August 2023. His obituary reads as follows :

The death has occurred of John (Jack) O'Callaghan of Caherconlish, Co. Limerick on August 1st 2020 (peacefully) at Milford Care Centre.
Son of the late Ned and Eileen. Very deeply regretted by his brothers Jerry and Eddie, sisters-in-law Margaret and Sheila, nephews David, Edmond and Michael, nieces Dympna, Sarah, Eibhlìn, Edwina and Angelina, grand-nephews, grand-nieces, other relatives, friends and neighbours.

Requiem Mass on Tuesday (August 4th) at 11.30am in Arch Bishop Dermot O'Hurley Memorial Church, Caherline, with funeral afterwards to Emly cemetery.

In compliance with current Covid guidelines, funeral will be confined to family and close friends only.
