William (Billy) Hartigan (1910-1959), son of Timothy Hartigan (1865-1912) & Johanna O'Donnell ( 1867-1934) of Garrydoolis, married Margaret Murphy (1914-1972), daughter of Patrick Murphy (1876-1955) & Hanora Hayes (1875-1937) of Ballyrobin, Cullen, Co. Tipperary in Cullen RC on the 06-11-1935.

Pat Hartigan (1955-2019), the youngest  member of their family was interred here on Monday 08-04-2019. At the time of his death, he was survived by immediate family of wife Geraldine (nee Bourke), sons Liam & Pat, daughter Samantha, his sisters Josie Barry & Nora Hayes and by his brother Gerry. He was predeceased by his older brother Timmy (Sam) Hartigan (1939-2002).

Gerard (Gerry) Hartigan (1952-2022, brother of Pat (1955-2019) died on the 21st Mar 2022 in his 70th year. His obituary reads as folows :

The death has occurred of Gerard Joseph (Gerry) Hartigan of Drinagh, Knocklong, Co, Limerick

Formerly from Garrydoolis, Knockane, Co. Limerick. After a long sickbed, Gerry passed away peacefully at Milford Hospice,surrounded by his wife Doreth and his children Pete and Jilly.Sadly missed by his loving wife,son,daughter, grandchildren,nephews,nieces and extended family.

Gerry will repose at his home in Knocklong on Wednesday 23rd.March from 4pm.to 6pm.

Cremation will take place on Thursday 24th March at 2pm.at the Island Crematorium,Ringaskiddy, Cork

Gerry is finally at ease,but already greatly missed .
