The Michael Murphy that had the stone erected and the Michael that died in Sep 1927 are one and the same person.

NB. Cloverfield  is  a townland  in Kilteely / Dromkeen parish, Co. Limerick.

Michael Murphy (1849-1927) son of  William Murphy (1808-1861)  of Duncummin, Emly,  married  Catherine King, daughter of Thomas King of Ballinulty, Cullen, Co. Tipperary in Sologhead RC on the 16-02-1886. 

Their son, William Murphy (1887-1966)  married Ellen Hanly (1893-1948) , daughter of William Hanley , in St. Joseph's RC Limerick on the 24-09-1924.

Edmond Murphy (1892 - 1982), of Duncummin , Emly,  brother of William Murphy (1887-1966), married Johanna (Josephine) Condon (1904-1970), daughter of Edmond Condon (1872-1958) & Mary Anne Crotty (1877-1904) of Killeenagallive, Emly  in St. Joseph's RC, Limerick on the 25-06-1924.

Their son, John Vincent Murphy (1939-2000)  is interred at the adjacent memorial 0122.

His brother , Michael (Micky) Murphy (1927-2002) is interred in Emly's new cemetery. Their sisters Mary Theresa Clapp (1928-1980), who died in Melbourne, Australia and Ellen Cecelia Murphy (1932-2013) are also recorded on that memorial in the new cemetery

Their brother , Thomas Stanislaus (Stan) Murphy (1941-2018), aged 76, an ex jumps jockey died on the 02-05-2018 and was interred in Dualla cemetery, Co. Tipperary on the 05-05-2018. At the time of his death, he was survived by his three sons and a daughter and by siblings Patrick (Patsy) and William (Willie) Murphy.
