Michael  Butler (1946-1988), son of Michael Butler 1910-1963 & Catherine Fogarty 1909-1986, died suddenly of a heart attack on Jun 29th 1988.

His son Theo Butler 1986-2024 died on the 23rd Mar 2024 and was interred in Caherconlish cemetery, Co. Limerick on Holy Thursday 28th Mar 2024. His obituary reads as follows :

The death has occurred of Theo Butler of Barrack Close, Caherconlish, Co. Limerick & late of Emly, Co.Tipperary on March 23rd 2024. Loving partner of Karen ( Laffan ) and devoted dad to Leon and Jake. Much loved son of  Mary and the late Michael and brother to Michelle, Michael and Emma. Sadly missed by his loving family, brothers in-law Pa and Brian, sister in-law Amy, uncles, aunts, nephews, niece, relatives, neighbours and his many friends.

Theo will repose in his mother Mary's house at St Ailbe's Drive Emly, Co Tipperary  on Wednesday March 27th from 4 to 7pm. Reception on Holy Thursday, March 28th into St. Ailbe's Church, Emly for prayers at 11.30am after which he will be laid to rest in Caherconlish cemetery,
