James Moore (1836-1905), a railway gate keeper and son of John Moore, was living at Glenbane, Lattin, Co. Tipperary when he married Anne Baker (1842-1908), daughter of William Baker & Margaret Davern of Emly  on the 09-02-1865 in Emly RC.

Their daughter, Margaret Moore was born in Glenbane on the 12-03-1866 and died of heart disease at Grange, Donohill, Co. Tipperary on the 24-03-1886. All the rest of their children were born at Grange, Donohill. These included John  Moore 1867, William 1871, James 1873, Patrick 1875-1954, Thomas 1877-1941 , Mary 1879 & Michael 1885.

James Moore (1836-1905) & his wife Anne (1842-1908) were living in Kanturk, Co. Cork in the 1901 census. His wife Anne died at Old Court Kanturk on the 29-09-1908 from injuries received from a passing train.

Her son  Patrick Moore (1875-1954) married Mary O'Shea 1885- daughter of Michael O'Shea & Ellen Connors of Bluepool, Kanturk on the 16-04-1912 in Kanturk RC.

Their children born at Strand St. Kanturk included Annie Moore 1913, James 1914, Ellen 1916, Michael 1917 & Margaret Mary 1922.
