Thomas John Franks 1831-1918, son of John Franks 1803-1881 & Eleanor Whitmore, firstly married Elizabeth Clara Kettle 1841-1878 ( of this memorial ) on Apr 26th 1865. Elizabeth Clara, aged 37 died of tuberculosis on Aug 26th 1878. Her husband Thomas John Franks, born Nov 17th 1831, died aged 86 at Ballyscaddane, Knocklong, Co. Limerick on Oct 18th 1918.

Their son Henry Grazebrook Franks 1873-1894 ( of this memorial ) aged 21 yrs, died of tuberculosis on Nov 6th 1894 at Ballyscaddane.
