IHS Chalice and Book: This monument was erected by / Elizabeth O’Reilly of Miltown / as a grateful tribute of respect to the / memory of her late brother the Revd / Philip O' Reilly who after having / spent 10 years in arduous missionary / labours on the Island of Bourbon returned / to his native Parish of Drumlane / where he departed this life the 11th day / of July in the year of Our Lord 1839 / and the 41st of his age. / Also in memory of her brother James / O'Reilly of Miltown who departed this / life on the 13th day of March in the year / of Our Lord 1841 and the 45th of his age.
