MARY MARRIED JAMES MILLAR 1830 CIRCA. JAMES MILLAR CAME FROM MONASTREVEN CO. KILDARE. HE OPENED HIS FIRST PUBLIC HOUSE IN THE VACANT HOME OF MR. HENRY ST. GEORGE IN BALLYDANGAN IN 1825 FOLLOWING THE ASSASSINATION OF MR HENRY ST GEORGE OCTOBER 1819. HE WAS ALSO CLERK OF THE PETTY COURT SESSIONS HELD IN HIS PREMISES.JAMES & MARY WERE PARENTS TO AT LEAST THREE CHILDREN, PATRICK BORN 1838 APPROX MARRIED MARY RIGNEY & HAD TWO CHILDREN PATRICK & MARY. MARTIN BORN 1840 APPROX MARRIED BRIDGET FAHY, KILCONNELL ON THE 14/01/1869 IN DUBLIN. MARTIN WAS A DRAPER IN MAIN ST. BALLINASLOE.CATHERINE 1842 APPROX MARRIED JOHN TRAYNOR, ARMAGH WHO WAS IN THE ARMY IN ATHLONE ON THE 04/04/1866 IN ST. PETERS, ATHLONE.

JAMES REMARRIED BRIGID TUMULTY, BALLYDANGAN IN 1847.  SHE WAS THE DAUGHTER OF LOCAL BLACKSMITH TIMOTHY TUMILTY AND HIS WIFE ELIZABETH ALICE.
