Ellen Victoria Hornibrook was a daughter of John Thomas Hornibrook of Rockfort and Dunkereen who married Ellen Wiseman.  Ellen was born on 22nd February 1840.  She married William Price Pearde of Innishannon on 29th January, 1863.  Ellen inherited property at Artillery Quay, Fermoy on the death of her father on 13th October 1876.

Ellen and her husband William Price Pearde had nine children.  Ellen died on 9th October 1889. 

Kathleen Elinor died in 1892 and Edith Ethel died in 1897.
