Paddy Culhanes Mother, Margaret Neville and his Father, John Culhane are buried in the
Franciscan Friary in Askeaton, LI-AKFF-0055 - Headstone reads, Culhanes - Ballysteen and
Askeaton. Also in this grave are Paddys Uncle Tom Culhane and his wife Ellen Culhane nee
Enright and Paddy’s Aunt Mary Culhane and his sister Breda Culhane’s ashes are also
interred there. Sean Culhane, Paddys brother died 10th September, 1972 in America and
he and his wife Beatrice Culhane (nee O'Sullivan) who died March 28, 2017 are both buried
in Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Illinois, USA . Paddy’s Uncle Michael Culhane is buried in
University of Notre Dame at South Bend, Indiana. Paddy’s sister Maura Hayes (nee Culhane)
is buried in Kildimo Cemetery.
Bridie Culhanes parents Paddy Hannigan and Mary Hannigan (nee Shanahan) and her
brother Thomas Hannigan and her brother Bill Hannigan’s (ashes) are interred in Mount St.
Laurence Cemetery in Limerick.
Bridie Culhane’s Grandparents Con Shanahan and Bridget Shanahan (nee Lenihan) are
buried in Li-BEGH 0013. Her Uncle Michael Shanahan is also buried in this grave with his
wife Elizabeth (Birdie) Shanahan (nee Lenihan).
