Andrew Mackey (1845-1916), son of John Mackey & Sally Hayes, married Mary Hartnett (1854-1951), daughter of John Harnett in Murroe RC, Co. Limerick on the 15th Nov 1884.

Children born to Andrew & Mary at Turagh, Cappamore, Co. Limerick were John Mackey 1887, Johanna (1889-1972), Christopher (1893-1984) & Michael 1896-1982.

Christopher Mackey (1893-1984) married  Catherine Moore (1901-1934), daughter of Thomas Moore & Bridget Kiely in Boher RC, Co. Limerick on the 9th Jan 1929. The Andrew Mackey, who died on the 30th June 1954 of a celebral haemorrhage was their son.
