James Greene 1883-1961, son of John Greene 1857-1913 & Bridget O’Brien 1858-1927, married Catherine (Kate) Kearney 1880-1963, daughter of John Kearney on Feb 3rd 1909 in Inch St Lawrence RC, Co. Limerick.

Children born to them included Ellen Greene 1909, Mary 1910-1955 (of this memorial and adjacent plaque), Bridget 1910-1912, Ellen 1913, Kate 1914, Bridget 1915, Nora (Nonie) 1917-1998, John 1918-1983, James 1919 & Julia 1920.

Mary Greene 1910-1945 (of this memorial & adjacent plaque 084, married Timothy Ryan 1909 -  , son of Denis Ryan & Katie Devine of Gragane, Caherconlish, Co. Limerick on Apr 23rd 1935 in Caherline RC, Co. Limerick. Her son Timothy Joseph ( Tim Joe ) Ryan died May 31st 2021. His obituary reds as follows :

The death has occurred of Tim Joe Ryan of Beechview Gardens, Caherconlish, Co.Limerick, peacefully, at University Hospital Limerick on May 31st 2021.

Very deeply regretted by his loving wife Joan, daughter Catherine, sons Timmy, Mark and Damian, grandchildren Josh, Rhys, Shaun, Darragh, Taylor, Lee, Caylum, Billy, Charlie and Robyn, brothers Jimmy, Paddy and Martin, son-in-law Ronan, daughters-in-law, Aislinn, Georgina and Annette, all other relatives, friends and neighbours.

 Due to Covid restrictions, a private Requiem Mass for family only, will take place, on Thursday June 3rd  at 11.30am in Our Lady, Mother of the Church, Caherconlish,f ollowed by burial afterwards in the  adjoining cemetery.

 Ellen Greene 1913  -  . She married William O’Connell on Sep 16th 1947 in Kilteely RC

 Bridget Greene 1915  - . Married John Murphy on Jun 22nd 1938 in Kilteely RC.

Nora (Nonie) Greene 1917-1998, married Con Barrett 1921-1982, son of Thomas Barrett 1889-1973 & Margaret Ryan 1882-1948 of Old Pallas, Co. Limerick on Jun 9th 1942 in Kilteely RC. Both Con & his wife Nonie are recorded at memorial LI-OPLS-217 in Old Pallas cemetery on the historicgraves website.

John Greene 1918-1983, married Jane McMahon 1920-2006, daughter of Michael McMahon 1891-1968 & Johanna Coleman 1896-1951 of Nicker, Pallasgrean, Co. Limerick on Aug 22nd 1943 in Nicker RC. See memorial LI-OPLS-513 in Old Pallas cemetery, Co. Limerick on the historicgraves website
