  Head of Stone: Elaborate carving in false relief, I H S, surmounted by Cross, double heart under H   embellished with foliage containing three leaf clover, symbol of "The Holy Trinity", all surrounded by a   double border with a line pattern.  Each shoulder has foliage with flower symbols, the same pattern is   repeated each side of Have Mercy.  Incised inscription with capitals and script all with serifs, some   foliage border on the inscription.  Note the long s and the ampersand on the last line.
