  Very decorative Top Panel - I H S, an omega forms the cross bar of the H whic is surmounted with a   Cross, beneath the H is a Heart, all are surrounded with a full sunburst, which in turn is surrounded by a   garland, all are then surrounded by a bouble border enclosing a wave.  Beneath this, on each side, the   entire shoulders are floriated with what appears to be daisy's which symbolise simplicity, innocence, all   of the above is carved in false relief.  The inscription panel has a double border with a wave pattern and   sparrow pecked.  The inscription is in Capital and  script, all with serifs and deeply incised. Note the 3   ampersands.
