Thomas (Tom) Quish 1933-2004, son of Thomas Quish 1894-1957 & Catherine (Kate) O'Callaghan 1902 -1976, who were married in St Josephs RC, Limerick City on the 11th Feb 1931. A grandson of Thomas Quish 1846-1905 and Catherine Clancy 1855-1920 of nearby memorial 0192 and a great grandson of Thomas Quish 1805-1867 & Sarah O'Neill (1807-1867)  of adjacent memorial 0193.

At the time of his death in 2004, Tom Quish was survived by his wife Peg, nee Twomey, son Paul & daughters Margaret & Majella
